When you purchase products from vedasach, you agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Perishable items, personal care products, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible. Cancellation before shipping is allowed with full refund. For return requests, contact support@vedasach.com with your order ID. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
